 We undertake control system designs to our client's instruction/requirements. We typically offer the following services:-
(A) Contract Electrical Manufacture From a supplied design we procure parts and build to your instructions. We undertake a significant number of contract manufactured items for well known manufacturers each year as well as smaller volume runs of 2-3 cabinets per month.
(B) Contract Electrical Design and Manufacture
You supply a specification , we design , procure parts and manufacture the panel.
We can provide electrical designs in Autocad Electrical and Eplan. Our internal embedded software development team can develop, verify and commission embedded software and PLC software for Siemens S7 devices as well as embedded PC units/HMIs running Windows CE and Linux.
(C) Contract Electrical Design, Manufacture and Site Installation
We design, manufacture and install on site. Our electrical engineers are trained to C&G 2382 17th edition. Designs range from single small pump and motor protection units, star delta starters, multi-cabinet designs with network interfaces, for example fieldbus, RS485 and ethernet. We are experienced in HMIs and motor control applications using multiple servo drives in speed, torque and positional modes. All systems are manufactured to ISO9001:2000. We have facilties to manage manufacture multibay cabinets.
