We can supply surface mount down to 0402 size, conventional components, BGA placement, Programming services, Custom Test Fixtures, Cable looms. We can run upto 10,000 boards per month but regularly run batches from 50 to 2000 units for smaller runs. Electronic productsWe can undertake full procurement, component assembly and final product assemnly of electronic products. This includes custom CNC machining of commercial off the shelf enclosures (COTS). We can provide final functional testing and inspection providing you with a guaranteed boxed product. We offer assembly of components down to 0402 and you can benefit from our rich supply chain of both UK and far east sourcing. We typically undertake single production batches of between 100 and 5,000 units. Box building We can provide box building services for combined smaller electrical and electronic items, with connectors and wiring looms.
Our design team can also assist in suggesting more cost effective designs that will both suit manufacture and reduced component cost. Electrical control panels We can maufacture control panels from 200x200x210 upto plinthed multi-cubicle (MCC) panels with busbars. We can provide custom panel sizes in mild steel and stainless steel. We provide panel builds from 1 off panels to 50 a month panels. We have established relationships with most major component manufacturers to provide you with competitive pricing.
Designs range from single small pump and motor protection units, star delta starters, multi-cabinet designs with network interfaces, for example fieldbus, RS485 and ethernet. We are experienced in HMIs and motor control applications using multiple servo drives in speed, torque and positional modes. All systems are manufactured to ISO9001:2000.
